Delegate Nelson, E. moves to amend the bill on page five, section three, line twenty-two, following the number “211112”, by striking out the comma and the words “332992 or 332994”;

And on page six, section four, line five, following the number “211112”, by striking out the comma and the words “332992 or 332994”;

And on page seven, section four, line eleven, following the word “article” and the parenthesis, by striking out the words “for any eligible taxpayer operating a business activity classified as having a sector identifier, consisting of the six digit code number 211112; and (2)”, and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the words “Provided, That”.
